ISO CERTIFICATIONS
SICE srl, which cares about its customers, has submitted its structure to quality certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, UNI ISO 45001:2018 regarding health and safety of workers and environmental certification according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.
To pursue these objectives, with a view to a constant development of its potential, the company constantly holds training courses dedicated to its staff, in response to the continuous evolution that technology imposes.
The company is also constantly committed to pursuing the highest standards of quality and customer care in offering its products and services as well as paying the utmost attention to the environment and its protection.

Today the company owns: UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (DI.QU. n. 510 of 20/01/2021) sector IAF 28 Certification, the Certification for Safety UNI ISO 45001:2018 (DI.QU. n. 820 of 14/07/2022), the Environmental Certification UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 (DI.QU. n. 778 of 20/01/2021) IAF28 sector related to the Design, Installation and Maintenance of Electrical, Thermo-hydraulic, Conditioning and Photovoltaic, the Certificate of Conformity ISO F-GAS to the D.P.R. n. 146/2018, to the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 and to the accreditation scheme approved by the Ministry of the Environment with decree n. 9 of 29/01/2019, pursuant to art. 4 of Presidential Decree n. 146/2018 concerning the installation, repair, maintenance or assistance, dismantling of fixed refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and fixed heat pumps with maximum load size without limits in Kg.
SOA CERTIFICATION
This certification underlines Sice’s effort in public works, customer care and expertise, delivering its orders in due time.
Sice is certified SOA (CQOP SOA S.P.A. n° 59769/10/00 of 07/04/2021) for the following categories: OG1 (civil and industrial buildings, classification III-bis for € 1.500.000), OG9 (plants for the production of electricity, classification IV for € 2.582.000), OG10 (systems for high/medium voltage transformation and for the distribution of alternating and direct current electricity and public lighting systems, classification III for € 1.033.000), OG11 (technological systems, classification VII for € 15.494.000), in addition to the specialist OS3 classifications (water-sanitary systems for kitchens, laundries, classification III-bis for € 1.500.000), OS28 (heating and air conditioning systems, classification V for € 5.165.000) and OS30 (internal electrical, telephone, radio and television systems, classification V for € 5.165.000).
LEGALITY RATING
The Italian Antitrust Authority, pursuant to Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Regulation adopted by the Italian Competition Authority with Resolution No. 24075 of November 14, 2012, as last amended by resolution No. 25207 of 4 December 2014, in implementation of Article 5-ter of the Legislative Decree n.1 / 2012, as amended by article 1 paragraph 1-quinques of legislative decree n.29 / 2012 converted with amendments by law n.62 / 2012 attributed on 10/14/2015, as per the attached communication prot. RT / 1357 received via PEC on 19-10-2015, to SICE srl the Legality Rating equal to two stars, resulting from a little star for the basic requirements of section B and from a little star for the reward requirements described in section C of the form. On November 29, 2017, the Italian Competition Authority renewed the Legality Rating to SICE srl as per the attached RT1357 certificate. On 25-01-2018, the AGCM met again deciding to further increase the Legality Rating of SICE from “two stars” to “two stars +” as per the attached communication prot. 0015877 RT1357 dated 26-01-2018. Subsequently, on 21-06-2021, the AGCM further increased the SICE Legality Rating by assigning it “two stars + +” as per attached communication prot. 0058741 RT1357 of 21-06-2021.

With the aim of pursuing legality, fairness and transparency in every way and combating all forms of crime, be it environmental, inherent in the health and safety of workers, corruption, corporate, administrative or fiscal crimes SICE srl has developed into date 28/07/2017 of an Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 with the relative Legality Protocol, which can be downloaded at the link to the side together with the Code of Ethics and the Organizational Model-General Company part. In fact, SICE considers it essential that every business activity is inspired by the principles of correctness, transparency, honesty, integrity in compliance with the highest national and international standards and guidelines.
