Project details

Photovoltaic system – Hotel Hampton by Hilton in Casetta Mistici (RM)
Services: “Grid-connected” photovoltaic system
Year: 2016-2017
Amount of work: € 114.273,21

The Hampton hotel built by SICE has a 103 kWp photovoltaic system installed on the roof with polycrystalline panels on ballasted structure, with the aim of making the best use of the renewable sources available and classifiable as one of the first NZEB buildings.
The plant, distributed on the two wings of the building, is a “Grid-connected” type with 4 ABB three-phase inverters with a power of 20 and 27.6KW, monitored through a supervision system for the control of the producibility.
The plant produces energy for an amount equal to approximately 125.000 kWh/year, so about 1.212 kWh/kWp per year, equivalent to 66 tons of CO2 emissions avoided in the atmosphere every year.
