Photovoltaic system – Sport Hall in Abano Terme (PD)

In 2011 SICE srl realized a “grid connected” photovoltaic system of 71.91 kWp on the roof of the indoor pool of the Sport hall in Abano Terme (PD).
The photovoltaic system installed on the roof includes a total of 306 polycrystalline silicon panels SolarWorld SunModule Plus 235 Wp/each for a total of 71.91 kWp connected to a total of n. 3 ABB POWER-ONE photovoltaic solar inverters, respectively n. 2 TRIO 27.6-TL-OUTD-S2X-400 and n. 1 TRIO 20.0-TL-OUTD-S2X-400.
The plant produces energy for an amount equal to approximately 85.000 kWh/year, so about 1.180 kWh/kWp per year, equivalent to 45 tons of CO2 emissions avoided in the atmosphere every year.
