Restoration of Castelfalfi Castle – Montemaione (FI)

The restoration of the medieval castle of Castelfalfi Montaione (FI) is part of the monumental restoration and conversion of the entire estate of Castelfalfi by the big German tourism group TUI.
SICE has been chosen as the sole contractor for both electrical systems and heat engineering. The work has involved more than two years, workers and technicians of SICE who have not had to deal with the simple task of transforming the famous castle, also home of the filming set of the movie “Pinocchio” by Roberto Benigni, in luxury suites resort with a prestigious restaurant with high school kitchen and wine cellar.
